Returns:
Customers that
are not completely satisfied can return
their uncut key blank(s) within 30 days
of the invoice date. Unsatisfied customers
will be refunded their total purchase
price minus the shipping and handling
fees listed on the invoice. Returns
are subject to a 25% restock fee, based
on the unit price of the key blank.Zap
Keys will not refund or replace any
key blanks that have been cut. However,
defective key blanks may be returned
within 30 days of receipt for replacement.

Liability
No liabilities are
assumed whatsoever for any costs, claims
or damages filed for or caused by correct
or incorrect use of the transponder
keys and related key cutting and activation
equipment and/or key activation procedures.
Zap Keys, Inc. and its employees or
affiliates cannot and are not responsible
for any type of damage, intentional
or otherwise, caused by the use of the
transponder keys and related key cutting
and programming equipment and/or programming
procedures. Zap Keys and its employees
are not responsible for any type of
harm, whether physical or otherwise,
due to correct or incorrect use of the
transponder keys and related key cutting
and programming equipment and/or programming
procedures.
90-day
Warranty:
Customers experiencing
problems with their Zap Keys within
90 days of the invoice date are entitled
to troubleshooting services. If a customer
service tech is unable to correct the
problem, the replacement key blank(s)
will be sent upon receipt of the defective
key(s). Please note that we
will not process any key returns without
a RMA number, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping
Unless otherwise requested,
all packages will be sent out by USPS.
An adult signature will be required
to accept the delivery. Processing your
order usually takes between 1-2 business
days on average. Once your order is
processed, the average shipping time
for your key blank(s) is three to five
business days. Orders with overnight
delivery will be shipped the same day
if placed by 10:00 AM MST on any normal
business day. Domestic overnight shipment
is guaranteed to be delivered by 5 pm
the next business day to primary delivery
areas. Some remote areas may require
two-day service.Domestic overnight shipments
are available only within the 48 contiguous
United States. Overnight delivery is
not available to Alaska or Hawaii. Delivery
times vary depending on the destination.
Saturday and Sunday delivery or other
special services are not available.
Cancellation
Policy:
Orders placed for keys
cut by VIN will be charged a $20 fee
if the order is cancelled prior to the
keys being shipped. There will be no
refunds in any amounts for key(s) that
have already been cut and shipped.
