Established in 1992 Zap Keys was formed
to provide vehicle owners with an alternate
source for automotive keys. After several
successful years specializing in automotive
key origination, Zap Keys expanded it's
service nationwide via the internet.
We offer replacement keys to your vehicle
at a fraction of the price of dealerships.
About Our Staff:
At the time of this writing there is
a critical, industry wide shortage of
qualified, competent locksmiths that
leaves most locksmith related businesses
scrambling for help anywhere they can
find it. As a result many locksmith
companies have had to resort to using
entry level employees and even apprentices
for servicing their customers. This
is NOT the case with Zap Keys, in fact,
we won't hire just anybody to be a Zap
Keys locksmith. Employment with our
company is by invitation only and we
don't accept unsolicited applications.
Zap Key's
professional locksmiths are required
to have a minimum of five years documented
experience in the field of automotive
locking systems. Many of our locksmiths
are ten year veterans of the industry
while the majority of our staff has
been with us since the start of our
business.
Each of our employees
has passed a rigorous screening process
that includes a comprehensive criminal
background investigation as well as
regular testing for drugs. Zap Keys
is known for employing only the elite
of the locksmith industry, as a result
we have an extremely high rate of
customer satisfaction as well as one
of the lowest employee turnover rates
of any locksmith related business.
